Our Privacy Policy adheres to the provisions of the Organic Law 3/2018, of December 5, on the Protection of Personal Data and Guarantee of Digital Rights (LOPD-GDD), as well as Regulation 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and the movement of such data, hereinafter the GDPR.

Its purpose is to provide users who are holders of personal data with information related to the processing and protection of their data, which we go on to detail:

Data Controller

Our Data Processing
We will always request the minimum data necessary to specify and offer the attention required by the owner of the same. These data will never be used outside the explicit and legitimate purposes determined in our policy. They can be updated if required.
The owner of the data will be informed in a timely manner about its treatment so that he/she can express his/her consent in an unequivocal manner.

Purposes of Processing
The purposes of the processing are specified in each of the forms or ways of obtaining data, such as web forms, physical forms, among others. The data obtained will always be treated according to this purpose, giving effective response to the request(s).

Legitimation
It is given by obtaining the express consent of the owner of the data, through the informed consent clauses in the different means of information collection, always attached, as expressed, to the rule and regulation.
Addressees

The Stay Salty Sports Association does not provide data to third parties, except for those legally required, always with the consent of the person concerned, obtained through the informed consent clauses in the different ways of collecting personal data.

Origin of the Data
Generally, personal data are collected directly from the data subject. If it should happen that they are taken from third parties, entities or services other than the interested party, this will be notified within a maximum period of one month.

Retention periods
The information collected will be kept by the Stay Salty Sports Association for the time necessary to ensure the purpose for which it was collected. Once the purpose has been fulfilled, the data will be cancelled. They will only remain at the disposal of the AAPP, Judges and Courts to meet the possible responsibilities arising from the treatment, during the period of limitation of these. Once this period has expired, the information will be destroyed.

About the Rights of the Interested Parties

The Organic Law 3/2018 of December 5, 2018, on the Protection of Personal Data and Guarantee of Digital Rights (LOPD-GDD), in its Title III, provides for the rights of access, rectification, deletion, opposition, right to limitation of processing and portability.

Interested parties may access the exercise of their rights by contacting Stay Salty Sports Association through the e-mail address info@twinfinsurfcamp.com, indicating the right they wish to exercise. Asociación Deportiva Stay Salty will respond to your request within the times established by law.

Likewise, Stay Salty Sports Association will adopt the security measures required by Article 32 of the RGPD, taking into account the state of the art, the costs of implementation, and the nature, scope, context and purposes of the processing, as well as risks of varying likelihood and severity to the rights and freedoms of natural persons, which includes among others:

  • Pseudonymization and encryption of personal data.
  • Ensuring the ongoing confidentiality, integrity, availability and resilience of processing systems and services.
  • Rapid availability and access to personal data in the event of a physical or technical incident.
  • Regular verification, evaluation and assessment of the effectiveness of technical and organizational measures to ensure the security of processing.
