Twin Fin Surf Camp – Yoga Lessons – Surf Tenerife – School – Canary Islands

Terms and conditions

We go surfing once a day, resting 1 day a week. Each surf lesson lasts 2 hours plus a maximum of 1 hour of free surf, if conditions permit, depending on safety and the organization of the camp.

During free surf, participants are responsible for themselves and their belongings.

Unfortunately, we cannot control the weather or wave conditions. When surfing is not possible, we will provide an alternative activity. However, this does not mean that we will make a monetary refund for the associated paid services.

Surf equipment

It is mandatory to take good care of and take all necessary precautions to protect the equipment. For example, do not leave it in the sun face up; do not sit on the equipment on the sand/rock, etc.

Surf equipment will be returned in the same condition as when delivered, otherwise the tenant must report any damage that has occurred. The following replacement costs are imposed by the class and are accepted in this contract by the tenant. BOARDS: Major damage or breakage, loss or theft will entail a payment of €200 for any type of board. Partial damage, such as holes, bumps, etc. will be valued according to damage (€10 – €150).

LEASHES: Loss or theft will entail a payment of €15. Failure to comply with the fitting/mooring or minor damage will not entail an extra payment since it is assumed to be a consequence of normal use of the material.

FINS: Breakage, slight damage or loss of fins, valued according to damage (€5 – €30). In most cases the payment will correspond to the replacement of the same.

WETSUITS: Major damage or breakage, loss or theft will entail a payment of €50. Partial damage is assumed to be a consequence of use.

Clients are required to pay the agreed prices.

Each reservation requires a security deposit. This deposit is non-refundable. The amount is communicated during the booking process.

Clients can cancel their membership at any time. There will be no refund and previously agreed services will still need to be paid for.

There will be a refund if you pre-book an excursion (such as Teide, Norte, Masca and Kayak) and there was not the minimum number of participants to do it.

There will be no refund if you have not attended all the yoga classes in your package. Also, if for some reason the yoga teacher is free or ill, there is no refund. However, we always try to have 1 class a day or create a longer class when necessary and possible to compensate.
